How to Use Noni Leaves (For External Use)
1. Noni Leaf Poultice (Warm Compress)
• Rinse fresh or dried noni leaves thoroughly.
• Lightly warm the leaves by steaming them or dipping them in hot water for a few seconds (do not overheat).
• Place the warm leaves directly on the affected area (skin irritation, joint, or muscle).
• Cover with a clean cloth or bandage to hold in place.
• Leave on for 15–30 minutes. Repeat daily as needed.
2. Noni Leaf Skin Rinse (For Bites or Rashes)
• Boil a handful of noni leaves in water for 10–15 minutes.
• Allow the water to cool to a comfortable temperature.
• Gently rinse the irritated skin with the cooled liquid or apply using a clean cloth.
3. Noni Leaf Salve (Infused Oil)
• Dry the leaves completely and crumble them.
• Infuse in a carrier oil (such as coconut or olive oil) by gently heating for a few hours or sun-infusing over several weeks.
• Strain the oil and apply it topically to soothe dry skin, minor cuts, or aches.
Note: Always test on a small patch of skin first to check for sensitivities. For external use only.
